As a designer, PJ's goal is to help solve real-world problems with empathy and compassion. He received his MLIS from the iSchool at the University of Washington where he had the opportunity to dig into the principles of human-centered design. Through the course of his career he has been lucky enough to work with some amazing organizations — from small non-profits to large universities, he always takes great joy in untangling big, complex problems.
Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the jaw-dropping beauty of Western Montana. On foot, bike, or skis, he tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible. He also finds time to make some noise behind a drum kit.
