Travis Wilds

Travis is Human-Centered Design Researcher on the PPL/MCE team, where he conducts generative and user research for a range of Medicare benefits programs. By uncovering what needs to be known to meet beneficiaries (and other product users) where they are, Travis works to build more cohesive, caring health journeys for all. After undergraduate studies at The Johns Hopkins University, Travis was awarded a PhD in literary studies from the University of California-Berkeley. Now in Chicago, he can be found biking and playing tennis along the lakefront in the summer, and checking out museums and shows in winter.
