Disclosure of Personal Information
Bellese does not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information to:
Service providers that support recruiting, analytics, security, or website operations
Government authorities or other parties when required by law
Information submitted through web forms is not shared with advertising platforms.
Recruiting and Employment Applications
Bellese uses third-party service providers including, but not limited to, those listed below to support our recruiting and hiring processes. Applicants' personal information is processed with our Data Processing Agreements.
Lever (applicant tracking system) – processes employment applications and candidate data
Tofu (applicant fraud detection) – screens applicants for fraudulent identities and suspicious patterns using automated decision-making. Tofu processes your name, email address, phone number, resume/CV content, LinkedIn profile data (if provided), and application metadata to detect fraud signals.
Your personal information is processed by these providers in accordance with our Data Processing Agreements. These providers do not train machine learning models on your personal data; they use only anonymized, categorical derivatives (e.g., email account age) to detect fraud. Your data is not combined with other companies' applicant data and is retained only for the duration of our contract with said providers, then anonymized and deleted within 60 days.
During interviews, Bellese may record and transcribe the interview using artificial intelligence-assisted note-taking tools, including Google Gemini and similar services. By participating in an interview with Bellese, you consent to:
Recording of the interview (audio and/or video), processing by AI note-taking tools to generate transcripts and summaries, and use of interview notes and recordings for hiring evaluation and record-keeping. Interview recordings are retained for the duration of the hiring evaluation process and for compliance purposes, then securely deleted. The AI tools used process your interview data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify Bellese before your interview begins.
Data Retention and Security
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for recruiting, business, or legal purposes. Bellese maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Bellese does not sell personal information).
