Curtis leads Bellese with a deep sense of accountability. He sets the direction for the company and serves as the chief accountable leader, ensuring Bellese delivers high-quality outcomes for clients while fostering a high-trust environment for the team.
Leading with transparency and decisiveness, Curtis brings nearly two decades of experience leading organizations within and outside of government, including oversight of some of the largest healthcare functions in the U.S.

He leads through clear communication, honesty, and creative problem-solving, with a focus on consistent execution and real value for clients. He brings over a decade of experience leading teams that deliver innovative healthcare solutions for government and private-sector clients.

Patrick oversees Accounting and Finance, with accountability for accurate reporting, strong controls, and clear decision support. He focuses on strategic planning, disciplined financial operations, and compliance.
He leads with transparency and integrity, and is always looking for better ways to run functions more efficiently. You can expect clear priorities, direct feedback, and real ownership of outcomes.

CAROLINE DAVIS
Caroline is responsible for Human Resources and Recruiting and accountable for how people experience Bellese day-to-day. Her work centers on building clear, fair people practices that support both business goals and employee success.
She leads with empathy and transparency, putting people at the center while holding the bar high.
Director of People Operations
Samantha Smith
Sam bridges the gap between technology and business opportunity, focusing on identifying, shaping and validating new ventures for both clients and Bellese teams. Her work emphasizes helping teams to reframe good ideas as real opportunities.
She values catalytic leadership, comfort with impermanence and influence over authority in order to achieve fast, iterative outcomes.

Bill Lakenan
Bill develops capabilities that help clients achieve their missions, partnering with fellow leaders to identify and invest in practical solutions. Recently, an area of focus has been leveraging FHIR to reduce administrative burden and improve healthcare quality.
He leads with humility and curiosity, prioritizing real application over hype and building an environment where people do meaningful work.

Dana Ward
Dana is accountable for delivery, quality, and outcomes on the Hospital Quality Reporting contract. She brings extensive experience leading technical initiatives across state and local government, NASA, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
She leads with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to inclusive leadership that keeps teams grounded and performing.

Marion Haas
Marion has end-to-end accountability for delivery, revenue, and outcomes across her programs. She leads multidisciplinary teams spanning research, product, and engineering, partnering closely with clients to shape strategic direction.
Her leadership is grounded in trust, clear expectations, and genuine care for the people she works with.
Program Director
Bill leads the Quality Measurement and Review Systems contract, driving a strategic transformation that includes new engineering methodologies, performance improvements, and a better end-user experience.
He brings 15 years of experience in digital services, with work spanning federal agencies and civic technology, Bill is a people-first leader who knows how to build disciplined, high-performing teams.
